Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing material control, production planning, order delivery, and coordination of related processes to ensure smooth operations and meet customer and company objectives in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Arrange raw material procurement plans, track scheduled arrivals, ensure production needs, control raw material inventory to reduce capital occupancy, and supervise inventory accuracy.

2. Formulate production plans, follow up on production efficiency to ensure on-time order completion, monitor production processes, handle abnormalities promptly, respond to urgent needs, prioritize customer demands, and maximize order fulfillment.

3. Meet customer order requirements for perfect on-time delivery, fully control the order-production-delivery process for closed-loop operations, and act as the communication hub.

4. Coordinate overseas procurement and local supply, connect with overseas logistics, port customs declaration/clearance and warehouse storage plans, and track goods receipt/dispatch.

5. Handle inter-company transactions, accounting processes, exceptions, and cooperate in other work to achieve factory operation goals.

Required Qualifications

1. Proficient in EXCEL, PPT, SAP and other systems.

2. Data-sensitive with effective information collection and processing skills.

3. Fluent in English as a working language.
