What We Need
This project focuses on developing and launching a new educational tool that makes learning more interactive, engaging, and accessible for schools and community groups. Starting from an existing prototype, the project involves refining the concept through user testing, improving the design and educational value, and guiding it through production, quality control, and distribution.The project is rooted in innovation, experiential learning, and environmental education, with the goal of creating a tangible product that can help young people engage more meaningfully with important topics. It requires balancing creativity, user feedback, operational execution, and stakeholder collaboration to bring the final product to life.
What We Have
We can provide the volunteer with digital tools, background information, and general guidance to help them get started, including a project brief, existing prototype materials, relevant context on the project goals, and any available reference documents or past feedback. We can also share planning frameworks, communication templates, and examples of useful formats or deliverables where relevant.However, the volunteer will be expected to take ownership of shaping and developing the project itself. Our support would mainly involve offering direction, clarifying expectations, and providing feedback throughout the process rather than creating the full project on their behalf.

We do that by redesigning education and establishing solution-based projects with different industries. The organization is registered as a non-profit in Hong Kong under One Future Purpose Limited.
What We Need
- Product Development: Lead the evolution of a functional prototype, incorporating user feedback to ensure it is educationally effective and highly engaging
- User Testing & Iteration: Organize and facilitate testing sessions with target audiences to refine mechanics, improve user experience, and validate educational value
- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, including final graphic design, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics for the physical product
- Distribution & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy for distributing the final product to educational and community partners. Explore opportunities for adaptations and expansions
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with designers, production vendors, and educational partners. Act as the main point of contact for feedback and community engagement
- Project Execution: Manage the project timeline, budget, and tasks from conception to final delivery
