De rol en jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Als Ranger ben jij TIER’s lokale held en help jij de beste klantervaring te creëren
• Jij bent dagelijks bezig met het wisselen van batterijen, het uitvoeren van veiligheidschecks en het herbalanceren van onze voertuigen
• Daarnaast breng je kapotte e-bikes en lege batterijen terug naar het TIER warehouse in Utrecht en bestuur je verschillende ranger-voertuigen in de stad
• Ook ondersteun je de Operations Manager met verschillende werkzaamheden in het warehouse zoals het rijklaar maken van de voertuigen en het opladen van de batterijen

• Een geldig EU-rijbewijs klasse B
• Interesse in E-mobiliteit en de juiste mindset om mee te werken aan onze missie: to Change Mobility for Good.
• Praktisch en gedreven door oplossingsgericht te werk te gaan
• Je spreekt Nederlands en kan Engels verstaan

Operations Associate (Van driver)

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Drive a TIER-provided van around your city in order to maintain TIER’s fleet of vehicles (including e-scooters and e-bikes)
• Collect, redistribute, and swap the batteries of our vehicles using our proprietary in-house app
• Check and document any damage or repairs needed, and carrying out minor repairs on site
• Work with colleagues and the Operations Manager in the city to improve operational processes and ensure a great service for residents in the city

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid EU class B driving license
• A minimum age of 18 years
• Knowledge of using smartphones / apps
• English or [local language] language skills are required
• Ability to work conscientiously and with a focus on safety
• Flexible to work on weekends and/or during night
• Prior experience in delivery & logistics is valuable but not required
