  • Manage our e-scooter and e-bike fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly

  • Increase utilization of fleet by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time

  • Create and execute an operations plan for an area (e.g. city or multiple cities)

  • Ensure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/e-scooter)

  • Manage a team of operations partners, mechanics, and rangers


  • Demonstrated experience in general operations, logistics, or similar (2-4 years)

  • Ability to give directions and supervise operations partners, rangers and mechanics

  • Interest in the mobility sector and good technical understanding

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience in working with data and making data-driven decisions

  • Proactive, a self starter with a good sense of ownership in the tasks and responsibilities and a creative thinker
  • Fluent in both English and in the local language

  • Experience in a startup or other fast-changing environment might come as a plus

  • Available to travel in multiple location throughout the city
