Energy Asset Manager | Renewable Energy
Our client is a leading international company looking for an Energy Asset Manager to manage the growing portfolio of renewable energy assets across several European locations.
The role will focus initially on Solar PV assets, with increasing exposure to BESS and EVCI.
You will oversee asset performances, O&M activities, incident management, regulatory and contractual follow-up, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise operational and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor renewable energy asset performance
- Coordinate O&Ms, incidents and external service providers
- Analyse operational data and highlight performance improvements
- Support budgeting, forecasting and asset financial performance
- Oversee compliance with PPAs, leases and service agreements
- Coordinate with grid operators, DNOs and other technical stakeholders
- Maintain accurate asset documentation and reporting
Ideal background:
- Experience managing or operating renewable energy assets, particularly Solar PV
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience or interest in BESS and/or EV Infrastructure is a strong plus
- Comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Package: Up to €75K fixed + company car + bonus + long-term incentives and more.
Role can be considered in Brussels as well.
- Working arrangement: Minimum 3 days per week in the office; this is not a fully remote position.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in both locations.
