What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive the cybersecurity program by partnering with stakeholders to align activities with company security and compliance posture
• Own threat and vulnerability management by monitoring and assessing risk across IT/OT/data environments
• Build scalable security operations through the creation of frameworks for detecting events and modeling risk
• Lead compliance and posture management by administering CSPM platforms and advancing certifications and attestations
• Elevate governance and reporting by publishing executive‑ready cyber/risk metrics and collaborating with Legal & Compliance

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 8+ years of experience identifying vulnerabilities and delivering mitigation plans in fast‑paced settings
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC‑Council desired
• Hands‑on expertise in at least two areas of cybersecurity, such as network security, cryptography, or threat modeling
• Proven experience in running audits and certification programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in production‑ready coding environments within the energy trading or financial trading sector
• Solid understanding of national energy markets and renewable energy portfolios, such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO‑NE, and CAISO
