Thermosphr is a fast-growing climate tech company on a mission to make commercial buildings smarter, more energy-efficient, and sustainable.

Our AI-powered software autonomously optimizes building energy consumption, delivering 30% energy savings on average while maintaining occupant comfort. By leveraging existing building systems, our technology achieves significant cost and carbon savings without costly hardware upgrades or upfront investments.

Founded in 2020, Thermosphr already optimizes around 100 commercial buildings across Europe, representing 2.5 million m², working with some of Europe’s leading real estate owners and asset managers.

With offices in Paris and Berlin and a growing international team of around 20 people, we’re scaling rapidly to transform how buildings operate and accelerate the decarbonization of commercial real estate.

The role

At Thermosphr, scaling isn't just about hiring more people. It's about finding smarter ways to grow.

Our Operational Excellence team is responsible for making Thermosphr more efficient, scalable, and effective. Acting as an internal task force, the team tackles high-impact challenges across the company, developing and implementing the tools, processes, and solutions that enable us to grow without proportionally increasing our resources.

The scope is deliberately broad and evolves with the company's priorities. You'll work across departments, identify bottlenecks, and take ownership of projects from problem identification to implementation.

What you will do

Drive cross-functional projects: Take ownership of high-priority initiatives across Operations, Product, Sales, and other teams, from identifying challenges to delivering tangible results.

Improve processes and scalability: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and develop playbooks, methodologies, and best practices that enable teams to work more effectively.

Build tools and automation: Design and implement practical solutions using data, software, AI, and automation to eliminate repetitive work and increase productivity.

Leverage data for better decisions: Work with data analysts and operational teams to develop insights, dashboards, and monitoring tools that improve performance and decision-making.

Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to emerging company priorities, from launching new products and services to solving specific organizational or recruitment challenges.

Turn solutions into lasting improvements: Collaborate closely with teams to ensure new processes and tools are adopted, effective, and continuously improved.

2–5 years of experience in a demanding environment such as a startup, scale-up, strategy consulting firm, or a cross-functional project management role.

Structured and analytical thinker: You can break down complex, unfamiliar problems, identify root causes, and develop pragmatic solutions.

Hands-on problem solver: You don't stop at recommendations. You enjoy building tools, improving processes, and implementing solutions yourself.

Tech-savvy and automation-minded: You're comfortable working with data and digital tools, curious about AI and automation, and eager to leverage technology to improve productivity. Coding skills are a plus, not a requirement.

Strong project ownership: You can independently drive projects from initial scoping to execution, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.

Adaptable and resourceful: You thrive in a fast-changing environment, enjoy tackling new challenges, and can quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics.

Excellent communicator: You can work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, challenge existing practices constructively, and drive adoption of new solutions.
