Executive Assistant
Job Description
This individual will provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors, President & CEO and senior management. This role requires exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Complete expense reports, compose and prepare confidential correspondence and, arrange travel and appointments. Coordinate all aspects of Board of Director and committee meetings, i.e., schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting materials, and arrange for meals. Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, special projects, and other documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in support of organizational objectives. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and senior management offsites. Assist the finance and human resources departments with various tasks and special projects, including event planning, preparation and distribution of materials and notices to employees, and recruitment. Work collaboratively with policy owners to complete all aspects of policy administration including review policies, oversee new and updated policies, maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records of all policy activity, and update the team of changes. Maintain and file official corporation records such as easements, leases, contracts, and other documents. Perform the responsibilities of Gift Card Administrator.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible and diversified administrative experience.
• Preferred: Post-secondary degree or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in math, reading, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Customers use TECO’s chilled water service for space cooling, cold rooms and refrigeration; and TECO’s steam service to meet space heating, dehumidification, humidification, sterilization, kitchen, and research requirements.
