Somerset Wildlife Trust has evolved greatly over the last few years and with the launch of our new 10-year strategy has seen a significant increase in the size and complexity of the team. We are developing a more integrated way of working across the Trust, which the Facilities and Environmental Impact manager will lead on.
You will bring leadership to the management of multiple buildings and vehicles which support our work for nature across Somerset, including the development of our new Honeygar site.
You will have significant facilities management experience and an ability to work strategically. This postholder will work with the Head of People, Culture and Resources to develop a Workforce Strategy ensuring all our tangible assets support our people and are appropriate to our business needs.
This is a full-time permanent position, based out of our Taunton office with opportunities for home working by agreement with the line manager.
