We are looking for a team player who has a passion for providing a welcoming visitor experience to join our friendly team at Thameside Nature Discovery Park.

Situated on the Thames Estuary, our friendly and passionate team at Thameside Nature Discovery Park provide fantastic customer service through retail, engagement and food and beverage provisions.

The 120 acres site that was once landfill and has been given back to nature. It is a tremendous habitat for coastal and wetland wildlife and important grassland flora and fauna species. The reserve is home to many species including barn owls, short eared owls, water voles, harvest mouse, skylark, cuckoo and shrill carder bee in addition to local cattle that graze the grassland during the year.

We are looking for a team player who has a passion for providing a welcoming visitor experience. The post holder will work across both our café preparing food & beverage orders and in retail - ensuring excellent customer service always at the forefront. Our profits from the Nature Discovery Centre’s are used to fund the conservation, educational and other work key of the Trust.

The is a permanent, part-time role working 10 hours per week between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis with a starting salary of £5,090.80 per annum (FTE £19,090.50).
