Staffordshire Wildlife Trust are seeking a

Retail & Charity Shop Manager

Location: Main Office at The Wolseley Centre, ST17 0WT. 1 day at our Codsall shop and regular visits to both Penkridge and Leek shops.

Contract Type: 21 hours (3 days) per week, Permanent contract

Pay: £20,558.25 per annum (pro rata)

Benefits: 25 days Annual leave plus Bank Holidays and additional Christmas days (pro rata)

10% non-contributory pension

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward thinking Retail & Charity Shop Manager who can oversee the running and management of all retail outlets of the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust’s trading division including charity shops and the Wolseley Centre retail and online shop.

You will have proven experience and expertise in providing a high quality retail service whilst achieving targeted income and profit levels. You will be passionate about customer service and thrive on the efficient management of staff, volunteers, premises and stock.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care whilst driving customer loyalty and ensuring our shops present a professional public face of the charity on the high street.
