At: Kingfisher Café, The Wolseley Centre, Wolseley Bridge, Stafford, ST17 0WT
Salary: £18,721.15 per annum pro-rata (pay award pending)
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our successful kitchen team on a permanent basis. Flexibility is essential for this role as it includes the need to work weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
About You.
With your love of food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, you’ll work hands on to deliver delicious food for customers visiting the Kingfisher cafe.
There is a requirement to hold level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate. You will have experience cooking within a food and beverage retail outlet working to high food safety standards.
You will work well under pressure as the café can be busy at peak times and have some knowledge of retail practices and procedures whilst having a friendly, professional personality.
Working within a team and being a true team player with the ability to help motivate colleagues will be a real asset.

You will be delivering a high quality food and beverage offering in our busy Kingfisher Café at Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, The Wolseley Centre, Stafford, ST17 0WT.

In addition, we have the trading company which looks after the trading side of our business. This includes cafés at The Wolseley Centre and Westport Lake Visitor Centre, charity shops in Leek, Penkridge and Codsall and a retail shop in the Wolseley Centre.
