The organisation has grown significantly in recent years and there is now a requirement to rationalise and improve our operational support so that the delivery teams and other support staff can focus on delivering the goals of the charity.
ICT is a key part of this new post, but you do not need to be an ICT specialist. The Trust already uses Office 365 and Teams; managing this in future mainly requires good administrative skills and a sound grasp of standard software packages. Specific training will be provided if needed, and anything technical can be referred to our ICT support contractor.
Ideally have experience in /of:
Health and safety management
Buildings and facilities management
Negotiating and managing contracts
Experience of the above and experience in a similar job would be ideal, but if you can demonstrate that you have acquired the necessary skills in a different role or sector and can apply them here we would welcome your application.
