Wildlife Supporter Officer (Membership Recruiter) - Wild Ingleborough Area

The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust are looking for chatty and confident nature lovers to join our successful team and inspire the public to take urgent action for wildlife and wild places through membership.

As a Wildlife Supporter Officer, you will be on the very front line of our charitable nature conservation mission, utilising your strong sales skills and your friendly and persuasive personality to encourage people to give us their financial support to bring about nature’s vital recovery. You will work at a variety of events and locations across Yorkshire, including our very own nature reserves, farmers' markets, shopping centres, large country shows and smaller festivals.

Experience in sales and fundraising within either the private or charity sector would be a distinct advantage, though full training and support will be given. This role does not require you to have an office base. Instead, you will work remotely across Yorkshire within a reasonable travel distance of your home. You must have access to a personal vehicle with business insurance.

21 hour per week contracts are also available. Please let us know if you'd like to do more than the listed 14 hours!
