Catering Assistants (Idle Valley)
Are you passionate about customer service and working with others to achieve nature’s recovery?
We are currently recruiting for part time Catering Assistants to work at our Idle Valley Rural Learning Centre.
1 x 24 hours per week to be worked Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday – 6 hours per day minimum
2 x 10 hours per week to be worked Saturday and Sunday – 5 hours per day minimum
You need to be hardworking and self-motivated with the ability and confidence to work independently.
We expect all of our team to be warm, friendly and helpful with a desire to provide great customer service.
We are looking for people who are willing to muck in and help team members, whether that’s helping on the till, washing up and replenishing stock or giving directions to a visitor.
You’ll have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done.
You’ll have guidance and support from our manager and friendly colleagues, but we really want you to think on your feet and ‘put yourself in the customer’s shoes’.
Customer Service/ Front of House / Barista experience are beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

This is a permanent, part time contract worked on a rota basis with the possibility of additional hours on an ad hoc basis.
