As Father Christmas you will be working alongside our team of volunteers and elf’s ensuring that customers of all ages have a memorable visit to our Christmas Events. This year father Christmas will be working at two separate events and depending on candidates and their availability we will be taking on one or two posts to host these events.

We have two areas where we will have Father Christmas this year, one being a traditional grotto that will run on weekends and key days through late November and December where children and adults alike will get a 1 on 1 experience with father Christmas in his grotto to have a nice chat, a photo opportunity and a gift.

Our second area will be on 2-3 Friday evenings in late November/December where father Christmas will be in attendance at a new and exciting event between 6pm and 9pm where he will sit on a stationary sleigh, and with his helpers chat to families and lead a countdown to turn on our Christmas lights.

The key thing for us is we want someone outgoing, and able to be the heart and soul of each Christmas event - We are not just looking for someone who can listen to children but also have a good natter, chat to them and try to bring quieter or shy children out of their shell.

It goes without saying that we are looking for someone who is incredibly gregarious, bubbly and outgoing and also fantastic with children so your key responsibility will be to be the heart and soul of our Christmas grotto and new evening event.
