Would you like to be in a hands on position, working in practical conservation?

The Contract Services Department of the Lancashire Wildlife Trust has developed over the years into a professional and respected unit within the organisation for the delivery of a range of conservation, landscape and countryside management work. Based at Brockholes Nature Reserve, the team works across a wide area within the region.

An opportunity has arisen for a new operative to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will work with the operatives and senior operatives, to deliver practical conservation, landscaping and countryside management tasks across a range of sites.

The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who has practical experience in a conservation role along with the ability to operate site machinery.
