Catering & Retail Supervisor

Brockholes Nature Reserve,

Just off Junction 31 of the M6, Preston , Lancashire, PR5 OAG

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the Catering and Retail team at Brockholes Nature Reserve.

The main purpose of the Catering & Retail Supervisor is to provide a front of house presence, leading from the front to develop a culture of customer service excellence, and providing an integral part of the overall visitor experience which reflects the core values of the Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Brockholes Nature Reserve.

Key duties will include:

• Assisting in creating a culture of exceptional customer service, providing a flawless visitor experience and delivering a Catering and Retail offer that exceeds visitor needs and keeps them returning throughout the year.
• Assisting the Catering & Retail Manager in delivering budgets and monitoring sales effectively.
• Assisting to drive our conference and wedding events forward by providing high standards, with fantastic service and good quality food.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Apr-Sept & Dec and 30 hours per week Oct-Nov & Jan-Mar.
