Farmer Facilitator Networks Officer

Salary: £22,388 (pro rata) per annum(£27,985 FTE)

Contract: Fixed Term until 30 April 2027

Hours: 28 hours per week. Flexibility in working pattern, in agreement with line manager

Based: The Lodge, Oxford. Hybrid working is available

The Farmer Facilitator Networks Officer will help nature recover by working to enable farmer cluster facilitators across Berks, Bucks and Oxon to share knowledge, gain skills and develop joint projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging and working with farmer facilitators to understand their support and training requirements
  • Developing a suite of training opportunities for existing and future cluster facilitators
  • Booking venues, speakers and trainers for workshops and events
  • Administering the ‘seed fund’ available to cluster facilitators in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon area

What we're looking for

  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to organise engaging events or training sessions
  • A passion for regenerative agriculture and knowledge and comprehension of farmer clusters and the work of facilitators
