Senior HR Officer
We are looking for a passionate, committed and highly organised HR professional to join our dedicated HR team to deliver our goal of providing a quality and inclusive HR service. We want someone who can drive best practice and help develop our culture and values.
If you have achieved at least a level 5 CIPD qualification, have previous experience of working within a busy generalist HR role; and want to work alongside a friendly and dedicated team in this vitally important field of delivering nature’s recovery, this could be the role for you.

Salary
The role is part time which equates to £16,825.20 - £17,355.60 per annum dependent on experience (full time equivalent salary of £28,042 - £28,926 per annum).
Contract
This is a permanent, part time (22.5 hours per week) contract. We can be flexible with your weekly working pattern to fit your needs and the needs of the business. We are supportive of hybrid working.
Location
Based at our recently refreshed head office at The Old Ragged School, Brook Street, Nottingham, NG1 1EA, you’ll form part of our amazing HR Team.
There will be travel required to our other sites and reserves in the county.
