We are looking for a passionate, committed and highly organised HR professional to join our dedicated HR team to deliver our goal of providing a quality and inclusive recruitment and on-boarding journey experience.

You will oversee the entire recruitment process, managing both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, managing the offer and completing associated administrative tasks.

You will be expected to develop creative sourcing techniques, source high calibre candidates utilising the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to.

Added to this, you will ensure that managers with recruitment responsibilities are adequately trained in the company processes, follow best practice and understand the legal requirements around recruitment and selection.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have significant experience of managing recruitment campaigns and on-boarding processes in a busy setting.

About us

The Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is the county's leading conservation charity run by local people for the benefit of local wildlife, with nature reserves across the county - part of a UK network of 46 local Wildlife Trusts working to protect wildlife.


The role is part time which equates to £14,043.32 per annum (full time equivalent salary of £23,405.53pa).


This is a permanent, part time (22.5 hours per week) contract that can be delivered over three days or spread over more days depending on your work-plan.


Based at our recently refreshed head offices at The Old Ragged School, Brook Street, Nottingham, NG1 1EA, you’ll form part of our amazing HR Team.

Hybrid working between the office and remotely is acceptable. There will be travel required to our other sites and reserves in the county.
