Are you passionate about the recovery of nature, and want to make a difference using your extensive knowledge, skills and experience as a conservation leader and land manager?

We are looking for a highly committed professional to join our senior management team. Partnering with our Head of Nature Recovery (North), you will help to achieve our ambition to get 30% of our county in recovery for nature by 2030 by working to create more space for nature at all scales.

The ideal candidate will have a conservation and estate management background, with proven experience in managing landscape-scale conservation projects, working with multiple partners and stakeholders and securing funding.

£37,537 per annum


This is a permanent, full time (37.5 hours a week) role


Based at our recently refreshed head offices at The Old Ragged School, Brook Street, Nottingham, NG1 1EA, you’ll form part of our amazing Senior Management Team.

We are supportive of hybrid working. There will be travel required to our other sites and reserves in the county so a full UK driving licence is essential.
