To help us realise our purpose we are looking to recruit an Engagement Officer to help us enthusiastically develop and deliver a quality engagement programme for adults, children and young people of all ages and backgrounds to meet engagement targets. Through delivering curriculum linked sessions to schools, and informal sessions to community groups, the Engagement Officer will develop and promote self-led curriculum linked resources for schools to use on the reserve, facilitating an enjoyable and rewarding visitor experience through providing led and self-led sessions and activities to weekend and school holiday visitors.

The role is perfect for someone who:

  • has previous experience of working with the public;
  • has the ability to deliver high levels of customer care;
  • is highly efficient with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

The role is part time, working 22.5 hours per week which equates to £14,325.64 per annum (full time equivalent salary of £23,876.07).

Contract

This is a permanent, part time (22.5 hours per week) contract.
