This exciting and meaningful role is an opportunity to make a real difference to wildlife and people that live in Derbyshire.
In this role, you'll:
- work with local communities, helping to support existing groups and set up new ones where needed
- develop online resources and toolkits that will inspire and support individuals and communities
- triage enquires from the general public, follow up and support with toolkits and resources or connect them to other departments of the Trust, or partners for further support
To be successful you will:
- enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- understand how to generate support via social media campaigns
- be a great communicator and enjoy working as a team but also able to work on your own initiative
We are happy to talk flexible working!
This role will be based at our office in Middleton although a balance of home and office working will be allowed. The role will involve regular travel within Derbyshire, with occasional travel outside Derbyshire and overnight stays possible. Some weekend and bank holiday working and occasional evening working will be necessary.
Interviews are planned for Wednesday 6th July at Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, Middleton near Matlock.
