Cumbria Wildlife Trust are seeking a HR Assistant to provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Working in an administrative role in a busy environment, dealing with confidential information
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Dealing with people face-to-face, by phone and by email

The successful candidate will have good literacy and computer skills as well as meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Cumbria Wildlife Trust adopts flexible working practices. Some of the duties of this post may be capable of being performed remotely by mutual agreement.
