Our volunteers are the heart of what we do here at the Wildlife Trust, and we are currently recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator to oversee our volunteers across all areas of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trusts work.

Based at Robinswood Hill Country Park in Gloucester, the Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with all teams across the Trust to ensure volunteer roles are fulfilled and effective in achieving our strategic aims. The Volunteer Coordinator will also support volunteers to ensure they have everything they need to carry out tasks effectively and safely, and to ensure that they feel fully informed about the Trust’s work and mission.
You will need to be excellent with people, flexible, and adaptive with an ability to continuously look at ways we can diversify our volunteering opportunities and help individuals to take action for wildlife. You will also be working with external organisations and partners, so will need excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
