Eelscapes Stakeholder Advisor

Salary £27,000 p/a

Full time until the end of November 2024

An exciting partnership made up of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Environment Agency, GWT and land managers will work together to develop a series of connected wetland sites as part of a Defra funded Landscape Recovery pilot project set in one of the UK’s most important river systems.

You will be responsible for managing landowner relationships and planning stakeholder engagement. The role has a particular remit for engaging local communities in the project area and supporting co-design of those aspects of the Project focused on access, social benefits and community engagement. This work will help inform the development programme and build a pipeline of opportunities for habitat restoration and community engagement throughout the implementation period and beyond.
