This is a key role in Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust’s Engagement Team for an experienced outdoor engagement specialist, able to build an outcome driven, evidenced-based impactful citizen action and community empowerment programme. The role will develop, manage, and ensure effective delivery of large-scale multi-site and multi-audience projects and will play a pivotal role in inspiring the county to value and protect the natural world.
The ideal person will be able to demonstrate experience in managing teams to deliver on engagement projects and programme and delivering grant funded projects to a high standard. You will possess excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills with an ability to think strategically and develop high performing work programmes.
