Supporter growth is central to Dorset Wildlife Trust's strategy, to inspire and empower 1 in 4 people to take meaningful action for wildlife.

Sitting within the Membership Team and reporting to the Membership Manager the Supporter Experience Officer is a key role in ensuring the delivery of a first class experience to supporters. In this varied role you will be the key contact of supporters of Dorset Wildlife Trust, via email, over the phone or face to face at events. You will oversee the organisation of all supporter mailings & communications, including e-newsletters, events information, and stewardship journeys. You will also support the Fundraising and Marketing Team to enhance the supporter journey, identifying opportunities for recruiting new and retaining existing supporters.

This is a full-time, permanent post (35 hours per week). Based at Dorset Wildlife Trust’s headquarters Brooklands Farm, with hybrid working available. The post holder will be required to attend training, meetings and events in Dorset Wildlife Trust offices or sites, as and when required.
