We have 2 roles available below.

Role 1: Dragonfly Café and Nature Centre Assistant Manager

Reports to: Dragonfly Café and Nature Centre Manager

Salary: £21,000 – 21,250 (depending on qualification and experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours a week - working Wednesday – Sunday with one weekend of a month

Based at: Lower Moor Reserve, Oaksey, Malmesbury SN16 9TW

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make their mark in an exciting new business for the Wildlife Trust, based at their beautiful new cafe. Dragonfly Café and Nature Centre is just over a year old and has already expanded to need an Assistant Centre Manager.

You will be hands on, supporting the team and helping to make the Dragonfly Café and Nature centre a highlight for visitors attending our flagship Lower Moor Reserve.

This is a busy café which has already established an excellent reputation for quality and care of our customers. You will help us to embed the great work we have started and be part of the vision for what comes next!

The Wildlife Trust is an excellent employer offering a good salary and one weekend off a month for this post. You will receive discounts at Trust events and cafes and will be well supported by the Centre Manager and the wider team.

Role 2: Café Assistant – full time and part time roles

Reports to: Dragonfly Café and Nature Centre Manager

Salary: £9.50 an hour

Hours: Vary between 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, with options of working a range of days from Wednesday to Sunday.
