We are looking for a driven fundraising professional with excellent relationship development skills. You will be responsible for generating over £1m income by growing legacy and in memory income and establishing a major donor and appeals programme.

This role is well suited to applicants with experience securing large donations from new and/or existing prospects, and passionate about delivering a high-quality, personalised donor experience. The post holder will line manage two Officers and an Assistant, working closely with the wider Fundraising Team and colleagues across the Trust to identify new donors, provide an excellent supporter experience and ensure the Trust continues to be the charity of choice for potential legators and donors in Essex.

So, if you are a self-motivated person with exceptional relationship building skills, who is passionate about protecting wildlife and comfortable talking about death, we’d love to hear from you.
