On top of the hourly rate of pay of £10.79, you would have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and significantly maximise earnings, plus a 9% pension contribution. Full training is provided at Cumbria Wildlife Trust’s Head Office near Kendal, and shadowing colleagues is part of the training. Own transport is required to get to venues, meetings and training. You would be joining an enthusiastic, hardworking and resilient team.

This is what our recruiters have to say about the role:

“Hi I’m David and I joined the Trust as a Recruiter in 2007, having officially retired, expecting to do 2 or 3 years to keep me out of mischief. Well here I am still at it which I think proves the job is worthwhile and fulfilling.” – David

“I am proud to be a Membership Recruiter for Cumbria Wildlife Trust. Helping to protect wildlife now and in the future in Cumbria.” – Phil
