Job reference: WENP NH

We are looking for a motivated, innovative and proactive individual to coordinate delivery of our Strategy for Nature and Health in the West of England.

This is an exciting and novel opportunity to coordinate delivery of a Strategy for Nature and Health in one of the country's most active Local Nature Partnerships, ensuring that the momentum formed through the delivery of a Green Social Prescribing Pilot in the region is built upon.

Through coordinating the West of England Nature Partnership's Nature and Health Group, you will work closely with a range of partners, including local Integrated Care Systems, NHS Trusts, public health teams, environmental NGOs and researchers to coordinate partnership work towards our Vision for Nature and Health: for nature-based health services to be freely available to all who need them in the West of England and for nature to be a part of everyone’s daily lives, improving people’s mental and physical health and reducing demand on services.

If you have experience in partnership working, a good knowledge of the health and care sector, and are passionate about bringing the benefits of nature to those most in need of them, then we would love to hear from you.

The West of England Nature Partnership is a cross-sector partnership working towards a vision of a thriving and well-connected natural environment in the West of England that underpins a healthy and resilient society and economy.
