Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is embarking on an ambitious new ten-year strategy. By 2030 we want to have put wildlife into recovery by creating more space for nature with more people on nature’s side.

The Education team play a crucial role in helping us to deliver that vision. The team deliver a varied education and learning programme with a focus on developing the participant journey and enabling everyone to take action for nature. Whilst at the same time advocating the role that nature plays in society thereby influencing everyone in the education and learning sector to become advocates for wildlife.

Are you the outstanding candidate that we’re looking for to lead the team? Are you an enthusiastic, keen and passionate advocate for the outdoors? Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing education and learning programmes and be able to demonstrate effective partnership development and the ability to manage grant funded projects, maintain funder relationships and develop sources of new income.

In return we can offer you a varied role, daily interaction with highly committed colleagues passionate about their work. The role includes hybrid working with the option of working from home with our agile working policy.

Part time: 25 hours per week

Grade 3b, £34,557 -£41,962 FTE (dependent on experience).
