This is an exciting time to be join the Wildlife Trust and help deliver our vision of a Wilder Birmingham and Black Country. The Volunteer Co-ordinator is an essential role, supporting and developing existing volunteers, as well as promoting new opportunities across our sites in Birmingham and the Black Country.
We’re looking for someone with experience of volunteer management, who can engage with a diverse audience effectively. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being confident in working alongside senior colleagues to maximise volunteer impact in both indoor and outdoor environments. You will be well-organised and have the confidence to work independently and on your own initiative to meet deadlines.
