Our vision is for Birmingham and the Black Country to have more wildlife, more wild places and more people with a strong connection to the natural world.

We're recruiting up to five new Trustees to represent the rich diversity of our region, including two youth Trustees (aged 16-21). Our ideal candidates will be passionate about the natural world and have knowledge and skills in any of the below areas:
- Conservation, wildlife, ecological or climate sectors
- Business management
- Community / volunteer engagement
