Director of Fundraising and Engagement

We're looking for a Director of Fundraising and Engagement to play a vital role in ensuring the growth of financial resources available to deliver our bold and ambitious new strategy: A Wilder Birmingham and Black Country; which sets out our plans for 2030 as we respond to the ecological and climate crises.

The Director of Fundraising and Engagement will develop and implement the Trust's fundraising strategy and ensure integration with the BBCWT's community mobilisation approach and communications and marketing strategy development. The postholder will be responsible for organisational leadership as part of the Leadership Team and will empower and inspire a team of specialists across communications, education and engagement, and fundraising.

The selected candidate will have experience of successfully developing and implementing integrated fundraising strategies across income streams and/or communications and engagement. They will have experience of empowering, inspiring and leading a team through change and to deliver growth targets.

Crucially, they will be interested in working as part of a small, values-led organisation with ambitious goals.

You will need to have the right to work in the UK in order to be eligible for this role.

Full time / Part time / Job shares / Compressed hours will be considered.
