Senior Manager (Infrastructure Sustainability)
- Lead strategic infrastructure and sustainability initiatives shaping the future of the University’s campus.
- Drive innovation and resilience in engineering services and asset management.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $160,962 – $167,203 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. The team delivers a comprehensive range of services including estate planning, capital projects, maintenance, and sustainability programs.
About The Opportunity
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for engineering services and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee strategic asset management, lifecycle renewal planning, and utilities management.
- Influence the integration of environmental sustainability principles into campus infrastructure.
- Degree or higher-level qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related Engineering discipline.
- Eligibility for Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent professional membership.
- Demonstrated success in strategic asset management and infrastructure planning in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Commitment to sustainability, climate action and continuous improvement.
