Hours: Minimum fifteen (15) hours weekly

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic data analyst with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic data analytics team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

Key/Main Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data sets to derive actionable insights. Data scraping and cleansing using tools and/or code.
  • Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Apply statistical methods and tools to interpret data, identify trends, and forecast future patterns.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through validation and quality checks.
  • Maintain and optimize databases, identifying opportunities for data improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, software development, and systems, communicating findings and offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilise analytical skills to address complex business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance analytical processes and methodologies.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field.
  • Proficiency with the Google ecosystem, including Looker and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards.
  • Experience with using data storytelling techniques to creatively present data.
  • Ability to identify data sources, consolidate datasets, generate insights, and identify trends from data. This includes finding answers to specific questions.
  • Experience in preparing reports to communicate findings.
  • Power BI experience is a bonus.


Preferred Requirements

  • Software development expertise in SQL, Python, and/or Google Apps.
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Looker, Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Fluency in English (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
