About us:

The Solutions Project (TSP) accelerates grassroots climate justice solutions by funding, amplifying, and connecting frontline leaders—especially Black, Indigenous, immigrant, and other communities of color, and particularly women of color—to shape our collective response to the climate crisis. 

 

The opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced development leader to leverage the transformational philanthropic investments TSP has secured to further increase revenue and establish a diversified, sustainable revenue generation model—in support of raising $100M for frontline climate action by 2030.

 

You will:

• Oversee all fundraising and development activities 

• Bridge the urgent funding needs of grassroots climate leaders with financial resources

• Establish a stable, diversified revenue generation model that centers Solidarity Philanthropy

• Innovate and experiment with new ideas for revenue models, earned revenue streams, partnerships and alliances

 

We’re looking for someone with:

• 12+ years in fundraising, including leadership experience

• Proven experience building a sustainable development program and securing major gifts

• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and relational leadership

• Passion for climate justice
