Average deal: $55,000
OTE: $12k–$25k/month
$6,000 minimum earnings guarantee (performance-based)

We don’t cap earnings, we don’t play games with commissions, and we don’t rely on pressure tactics. We train our team to sell consultatively, set proper expectations, and close deals that actually install.
