At The Solar Community, we’re changing how Delaware powers its homes — and we need warriors on the ground to help families ditch their overpriced utility bills and switch to solar savings.

We’re not just selling energy. We’re building a movement. And we’re looking for gritty, persuasive, high-energy sales reps who can go door to door, spark conversations, and drive action.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✅ Knock doors in targeted areas (we provide the training, strategy & gear)
✅ Educate homeowners about Community Solar and Solar Panel options
✅ Sign people up for free solar savings programs (no install, no cost — easy close!)
✅ Qualify leads for rooftop solar systems (we handle install – you get paid)
✅ Use our proven pitch framework and CRM to track, follow up, and cash in
✅ Earn fast commissions AND qualify for bonus incentives, and contests.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You’ve got street smarts and sales instincts – you're confident, quick on your feet, and never back down
• You're self-motivated – no micromanagement needed, you own your goals
• You love talking to people, turning strangers into YESSES
