Reporting to the Strategic Planning Manager in the Office of the CEO, the ESG Specialist will play a key role in developing and delivering environmental sustainability strategies, frameworks and reporting, while maintaining compliance and metrics. Partnering with executives, leaders, employees and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across RACGP.
As our Sustainability Specialist, you'll also:
- Work with the Strategic Planning Manager to design and implement environmental sustainability strategies and action plans.
- Manage emissions reporting including data tracking, analysis and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Establish environmental sustainability policies and partner with leaders to embed environmental sustainability into business planning.
- Monitor environmental sustainability and climate change trends, risks and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with ESG stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and oversight.
- Tertiary qualified in environmental management, sustainability or related field.
- Demonstrated experience delivering environmental sustainability initiatives and emissions reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Proven project, planning and prioritisation ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
