Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Executive - Social Change. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing social change initiatives related to sustainability and waste management. The Executive will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, conduct community outreach programs, drive awareness campaigns, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Additionally, the role involves researching sustainable practices and assisting in waste reduction efforts in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with community outreach and conducting awareness campaigns
- Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, and recycling practices
- Proficiency in research and report writing
- Ability to manage projects effectively and work towards tight deadlines
- Degree in Environmental Science, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in social change or environmental activities is a plus
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail
