Commissioning Engineer required for a National MEP Company. Responsibilities Lead and deliver commissioning projects from initiation through close-out. Conduct condition assessments and energy audits for existing facilities. Contribute to the development of innovative energy solutions for both new and existing buildings. Manage and coordinate small to mid-sized projects, ensuring technical excellence, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Prepare and present clear summary reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Support business development by attending industry events, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with proposal preparation. Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, with 3–8 years of relevant experience. ~ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred. ~3–8 years of energy-related or commissioning experience; professional certifications such as CEM, CCP, CPMP, or BEAP are highly valued. ~ Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and controls is required. ~ Commitment to continuing education and professional development. ~ Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
