We bring together students, young professionals, creators, NGOs, researchers, and innovators to reimagine solutions for a more sustainable world. Through campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to amplify the voices shaping India’s climate future.

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in shaping how The Órb communicates its mission, engages young audiences, and builds visibility across platforms. This role gives you hands-on experience in marketing, digital strategy, storytelling, and brand building within the sustainability ecosystem.

What You’ll DoMarketing Strategy & Campaigns
  • Assist in designing monthly and quarterly digital campaigns
  • Research trends across sustainability, youth engagement, and climate action
  • Contribute ideas for viral/impact-driven campaign themes
  • Support cross-platform marketing initiatives
Content & Social Media
  • Draft content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Curate posts, carousels, captions, and short-form storytelling
  • Assist with brand positioning and messaging
  • Coordinate with designers, creators, and video editors
Brand Building
  • Contribute to strengthening The Órb’s brand voice
  • Help maintain consistency in visual identity and tone
  • Support narrative development for key initiatives
Community Engagement
  • Engage with audiences across social platforms
  • Assist in planning interactive digital activities and micro-events
  • Support outreach for youth networks & campus communities
Research & Insights
  • Track competitors and climate communication trends
  • Collect insights on audience behaviour and platform performance
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor engagement metrics
  • Prepare monthly content performance reports
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics
Who We’re Looking ForEssential Skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, branding, or social media
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Creativity and understanding of youth-oriented content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Basic familiarity with sustainability topics (preferred but not required)
