Account Executive | Sydney | High-Growth Climate Tech Scale-Up
We’re working with one of Australia’s most exciting SaaS scale-ups helping major organisations cut their carbon emissions and energy waste, a company genuinely making a positive impact on the planet through technology.
They’re now looking for a driven Account Executive to join their Sydney team. This is a hybrid role combining new business with strategic account growth, focused on large SME, corporate, and enterprise clients.
This isn’t your typical enterprise sales role; you’ll be joining a high-energy, mission-led team that thrives on results and momentum, selling a solution that’s genuinely helping the world move towards net zero.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle across multiple stakeholders, from operations through to C-suite.
Hunt and close new business while growing existing accounts through smart, value-driven upsell strategies.
Use Challenger Sales methodology and strong commercial discipline to drive deals with purpose.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
We’re Looking For
Proven SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to complex or multi-level selling.
MUST have experience in complex technical sales
A challenger mindset, confident, curious, and motivated by solving real business problems.
Startup or scale-up background preferred, not the big-brand, slow-moving corporate type.
Huge energy, discipline, and passion for growth (this team moves fast and rewards results).
Experience with ESG, property tech, or sustainability platforms is a plus, but not essential.
You will have the opportunity to sell something that’s genuinely making a difference to the environment, uncapped commission, and a hybrid Sydney role with flexibility and autonomy.
