WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Finance/Accounting Assistant II provides administrative finance/accounting support for TNC's North American Regional Office (NARO). They provide a variety of routine and non-routine finance and accounting-related tasks for a department or business unit. Duties may include payment of invoices, preparation and processing of accounting forms such as journal entries, verifying the accuracy and coding of journal entry transactions, reviewing employee timesheets for accuracy, maintenance of accounts payable, general ledger and vendor payments, financial report preparation, budget preparation, and similar tasks.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to provide administrative, technical, and customer service support for financial systems. WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field and 2-3 years' related work experience or equivalent combination.
- 2-3 years’ experience working with basic accounting principles, in analyzing financial figures, and interpreting data.
- Experience in database management or producing financial reports, or in the use of automated systems or touch key calculator.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with minimal supervision, applying organizational skills, including establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse teams.
