This is a new role supporting TNC’s new Global Wealth Market Initiative. This global effort is focused on fully realizing our philanthropic market potential in eleven key wealth markets around the world by building our Principal Gift level prospect base in and from these markets. The fundraiser will be fully focused on PG level prospect identification and qualification, engaging ultra-high net worth, global citizens in TNC with to goal of building lasting, long-term relationships with these prospective donors.
The Associate Director will work closely with our prospect development team, philanthropy operations team, key volunteer leaders, other TNC fundraisers, and senior leaders from across the Conservancy to identify and build relationships with new prospective donors in the Greenwich and Fairfield County market. The goal is to qualify prospects who are interested in engaging with TNC (while disqualifying those who are not interested) and to develop and execute adapted strategies for each qualified individual, ultimately building a strong relationship between TNC and each prospect.
