To quote myriad TNC staff members, “you’ll join for our mission, and you’ll stay for our people.”

Innovation Strategy
Together we will create and deliver a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the organizational structure and capabilities, with an eye toward building a model for other teams and business units within The Nature Conservancy. As we have fun developing this strategy, we will establish our work in the Brazilian Amazon as an innovation leader by connecting to innovation networks and global approaches.
Transformational Leadership
We will inspire and motivate teams to take on risk in pursuit of high-impact solutions, and create conditions under which those teams can flourish, while guiding teams to build scalable solutions. Together we will ensure teams use agile development, human-centered design, and other proven practices to test and build solutions, pivot quickly, and learn through failure
Culture Change
You will lead the efforts in the Brazilian Amazon to foster a cultural change, engaging internal and external stakeholders to seed innovative thinking, building an innovation approach that can be replicated in other teams and business units of The Nature Conservancy across the world. We will partner with internal innovation networks and expertise to develop conditions under which innovation can flourish, which may include bringing facilitation and workshops to build and reinforce innovation mindsets and practices.
